Who Our Services Are For

Prison Arts Services has been set up specifically to support people working in the Criminal Justice System who are looking for creative ways of engaging with their client groups. Although the value of arts enhanced education and training is widely acknowledged, contractors often find it difficult to know where to go to get the best advice and service: there is a bewildering variety of arts organisations and practitioners - all with varying degrees of educational skill, creativity and sectoral competency - which means that for contractors, finding the right kind of provider can often be extremely difficult and very time-consuming. At Prison Arts Services we aim to provide a straightforward and flexible resource, that quickly and efficiently matches your educational requirements with the best people and services in the field.
